Why can’t I use my credit card?
To maintain the cheapest prices on the market, we do not add transactional fees which come with credit card payments, hence why we stick with bank transfers. Additionally, PayPal no longer accepts payments for Vaping or tobacco products.

All our parcels and packages are 100% discreet. No information regarding the contents or Sydney vapes is visible on the outside of the box or satchel. We understand everyone’s circumstances are different and we place a strong importance on keeping our packaging plain and simple. You can safely have our parcels delivered to home or office as there will be no indication of the contents inside.

Where do you ship?
Australia to all residential and business addresses, PO Boxes and parcel lockers. No international shipping. < entered the incorrect delivery address. Can I change it?
If your delivery address is incorrect. contact us immediately. We pride ourselves on our quick dispatch time but if we have not yet dispatched your order, we will be able to change it.
However, once your order is dispatched, your address cannot be changed. Except you only can redirect your parcel via Aus post app, but for our team, We have to wait until your order is returned to us before we can reship.
Parcels which are returned to us as undelivered will incur a re-dispatch fee. Freight charges paid on the original dispatch are not refundable under any circumstances.
